Sam Clawson is a composer, music supervisor, and producer whose work spans a diverse range of creative disciplines, including film, Advertising, musical theatre, dance, and string arranging. As a composer, he blends orchestral textures with modern production techniques, often integrating acoustic instruments with analog processing to craft dynamic scores.

As a music supervisor, Sam has curated music for hundreds of projects, working with brands such as Garnier, Hoka, and Apple, as well as major networks like Netflix (Emily in Paris), The CW (NASCAR Xfinity Series), ABC, NBC, etc. Sam is The founder of Jam music Collective, a direct-to-creative studio providing premium bespoke music for brands.

Sam resides in Utah with his wife and son.

INSPIRATIONS

Sam Clawson is a tuba player and member of the Red Tape Jazz Band, a Dixieland ensemble that has toured across the United States, the UK, and Italy. Growing up in Chicago, he was immersed in the rich traditions of concert bands in the Midwest, where his love for music took root. He went on to study tuba with Steve Call at university, where he developed a deeper appreciation for orchestral.
